- John Kelly President
- After earning his BS in Computer Science from RIT, John served as an
officer and pilot with the US Navy prior to joining SDG. John has
developed SDG’s government systems business and is recognized
statewide for systems expertise pertaining to imaging and land record
based systems. John has been the principal architect of the Image Mate
software product series and is currently project manager for the
comprehensive Tompkins County Official and Land Records development
and integration project.
- Tom Murphy Vice President
- Tom is a Clark scholarship recipient and a SUNY Utica/Rome graduate.
Tom graduated with high honors (top 5% of the graduating class) while
simultaneously working as a full-time SDG software developer. Tom is a
highly talented programmer and played a key role in the successful
launch of Image
Mate Enterprise for New York State County Clerks.
- David Guzman VP of Operations
- Dave joined SDG after spending 18 years serving as Business Operations
Manager and Purchasing Manager for Dodge Graphic Press in Utica. He
obtained his Associates of Science in Business Administration and
Accounting from the Utica School of Commerce while working full time
for Dodge Graphics and running his own landscaping business. Dave was
instrumental in the growth of Dodge Graphics to over $10,000,000 in
annual sales, as well as developing the financial and organizational
sides of the business.
- Jennifer Mitchell Office Manager
Grant Coordinator
- Jennifer manages the SDG front office and assists with data entry,
conversion services, image filing, indexing and GIS data manipulation
projects. Jennifer got her Certificate in Administrative Office
Assistant from Utica School of Commerce where she graduated with Honors
and was nominated into the “Who’s Who” list of
undergraduate students. Jennifer has over 5 years of management
experience in a variety of fields, and has played an integral role in
SDG’s acquisition of grant funding for municipalities across New
York State through the RPTATIP Grant Program.
- Jason Covey Senior Software Engineer
- Jason has a Bachelor and Master of Science degree from Rochester Institute of Technology
in Computer Science. He also has two Associate in Science degrees from Mohawk Valley Community
College, one in Mathematics, and the other in Computer Science. His thesis was in the field of
social choice computing and parts of it were published in the Symposium of Discrete Algorithms 2009.
Jason has eight years of experience building software applications for desktop and the web.
He currently specializes in C#.NET development but is familiar with several different languages and platforms.
While at SDG he has worked extensively on Image Mate Online and on SDG's newest product VIDA. In addition
to his role at SDG, Jason is an adjunct professor of computer programming and mathematics at Mohawk Valley Community College.
- Bill Henderson Software Engineer
- Bill joined SDG with a BA in Polictical Science and Computer Science from State University College
of Arts and Science. Bill has over 11 years as Programmer Analyst proficient in the use
of structured and object-oriented programming techniques on a variety of technological platforms. Bill”s
extensive background in .NET application development, analytical and problem solving skills are a great asset to SDG”s team.
- Christina Hines Senior Technician
- Christina earned her BS in Computer Science from Utica College. She has over
six years of computer experience working in a computer based support environment.
christina is responsible for SDG's software/hardware setup and server maintenance. She
also handles software support, client relations, support planning structure and Image
Mate product updates.
- Philip Pendleton Support Engineer
- Phil earned his BS in Computer Science at the University of Richmond, VA. Phil administers customer support on an
applications level for our Image Mate suite of municipal based software. Phil”s background in customer care,
data collection and analyst skills are a great assest to SDG.
